Kohlrabi is a member of the cabbage family, and is an easy-to-grow vegetable that is rich in nutrients. It has a bulbous stem that grows above ground, which can be eaten raw or cooked. The leaves are also edible.
- Soil: Well-drained, fertile soil rich in organic matter
